SAM BAT Launches New Website

Arlene Anderson, President of The Original Maple Bat Corporation, would like to extend a warm welcome to all visitors to the new website.  "We are extremely excited about the new site.  It continues to run on the Shopify platform, which provides a superb back end, but we've added some new features that we think will make our customers' online experience even better. And we will be able to feature items for sale exclusively to the online community more frequently. Our thanks go out to Martin Gomez at Fancy Boys and Yan Sarazin at Statik Pulse in Ottawa who designed the new site." The new site features simplified ordering, with all parameters on a single page.  Martin and Yan developed a color picker which enables customers to see what their handle, barrel and logo color choices will look like on a custom bat order.  "With so many combinations, it's nice to see a preview of what to expect when you customize your Sam Bat," said Anderson. A geo-locator guides shoppers to the U.S. (and global) or Canadian stores, while enabling them to toggle between the two. Anderson continued, "Since Sam (Holman) introduced maple to the major leagues in 1997, Sam Bats have been known for being of the highest quality and and I think Martin and Yan have captured that in the design of the website."
