The Sam Bat factory is operational Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Please note that no shipping takes place on the weekend or on holidays. 

Custom Bats generally take anywhere between 2 to 5 weeks to manufacture.  You will receive a tracking number at the end of the working day on which the bats have shipped.

Stock Bats are shipped out as soon as possible. While most stock orders ship within a day or two, there are some stock models that may take up to two weeks to ship. If you require a bat quickly, please email orders@sambat.com and we will let you know what can ship right away.
